| Abstract: | The rising of the knowledge-based firm theory has its theoretical and practical background. Positive profit, characteristics of knowledge and learning activities are the cognitional bases of the theory. Compared with former firm theories, the knowledge-based firm theory brings forth many new ideas to the understanding of the basic theoretical problems. |
