企业转型因子的识别方法研究

摘    要:企业转型的目的是为了获取持续竞争优势,实施转型的前提是明确企业转型动因,而转型因子的识别是明确诱发转型动因的前提。文章定义了转型因子的概念,并从持续竞争优势分析入手,建立双层因子识别模型,通过定性分析初步识别出一般性因素和待转型因素,然后采用HMM对待转型因素进行进一步的定量分析,最终识别出企业转型因子。转型因子识别是企业转型研究的关键,对于转型决策和转型路径的选择具有重要的作用。

Abstract:The objective of enterprise transformation is to obtain the sustainable competitive advantages,the premise of imple-mentation of transformation is to specify the reasons of enterprise transformation,and transformation factor identification is the prereguisite to discover the motives of inducing enterprise transformation. From the analysis of the sustainable competitive ad-vantages, the paper defines the concept of transformation factor, builds the double factor identification model, preliminarily indentifies the general factors and the pending transformation factors through qualitative analysis. Then it applies HMM to make a further quantitative analysis on the pending transformation factors in order to ultimately identify enterprise transformation fac-tors. Transformation factor identification is the key to the research of enterprise transformation,and also plays an important role in transformation decide-making and the selection of transformation path.
