| Abstract: | This paper focus on the problem how to develop new service in Knowledge Intensive Services. At first, it analyses the moder for new product development in physical product - related industries. Then it analyses the conception of knowledge intensive services. On the basis of this, it proposes a moder for new service development in knowledge intensive services and involves in a case study to prove it. |
