我国职教教师专业化的问题与对策探析

推动职教教师专业化的目的,就是使职教教师的教育理论和教学实践与不断发展变化的专业技术实践相适应,为社会培养出更多的高素质应用型技能人才,更好地服务于经济建设。然而,在职教教师专业化的进程中却遇到了一些不容忽视的问题,成了职业教育发展的"瓶颈"。文章通过探讨我国职教教师专业化的现状以及存在的问题,提出了解决的对策建议,旨在促进我国职教教师专业化健康、快速地发展。

Problems of Teacher Professionalization of Vocational Education and Countermeasures

The goal of teacher specialization of vocational education is to make the theory and teaching practice of vocational education teachers adapt to the constant development and change of professional technical practice and cultivate more high-quality practical and skilled talents to better serve for economic construction.However,there are many problems that can not be neglected in the process of teacher professionalization of vocational education,which has become the bottleneck of development of vocational education.Based on the discussion of status and existing problems in China＇s vocational education teacher specialization,this paper puts forward some solutions and countermeasures,aiming to promote rapid,healthy development of vocational education teachers＇ specialization.
