摘    要:本文以现有矿井使用的XRC型插爪式斜井人车为例,对其存在的不合理的结构进行了改进,在有效提高了斜井人车的防坠安全可靠性的同时降低了人车的维护成本。从根本上解决了斜井人车存在的问题,有利于矿井安全、高效、快捷的提升作业。

Abstract:This paper uses the XRC-type plug claw shaft car in the existing mine for example,reforms the irrational structure,and reduces its maintenance costs while effectively improving anti-fall safety of the shaft car,fundamentally solves the problems existing in the shaft car,which is conducive to the mine safe,efficient,fast upgrade operations.
