清河水库设计洪水变化对下游防洪地点组合洪水影响

摘    要:2007年,辽宁省水利水电勘测设计研究院对清河水库设计洪水进行了复核,复核后的设计洪水成果较1961年设计成果有所变化,本次清河设计洪峰比清河水库原设计洪峰小10%~15%,设计七日洪量比原设计小2%~10%。本文以复核后的设计成果为依据,计算分析了清河水库下游防洪目标组合洪水情况。

Abstract:In 2007,investigation and design institute of water resources and hydropower in Liaoning province checked the Qinghe reservoir design flood.After the check,the design result has some changes compared with that of in 1961.The Qinghe design flood peak reduced by 10~15% compared with the Qinghe reservoir design and the flood quantity in 7 days reduced by 2~10%.Based on the design result after check,the paper calculated the downstream flood control assemble flood condition.
