| 摘 要： | 舞阳钢铁公司4200mm宽厚板轧机采用电动压下,自AGC改造投产,出现指针反转异常现象。我们从机械传动、平衡、液压润滑、电控等系统进行分析讨论,最终创造性的解决了问题,为今后解决高速快压下可逆轧机的"丝杠"回松提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | Wuyang iron and steel company's 4200mm wide and heavy plate mill is die-casted by electromotion.Since the AGC transformation and putting into operation,there appeared the abnormal pointer phenomenon.We discussed this problem from the aspects of mechanical transmission,balance,hydraulic lubrication and electrical control and finally found the solution creatively which provided the new idea for the solving of the screw loosing problem of non-reversing mill at high speed and fast casting. |
