摘    要:近年来,大学生的心理健康已成为学生、家长乃至社会普遍关注的问题。本文作者根据自身工作实践经验,结合高校体育教学实际分析和研究了现当代大学生心理健康状况及影响大学生心理健康的因素,主要阐述了体育运动可以锻炼心理品质,提高大学生的心理健康水平,目的在为以后的高校体育教学和训练中提供一些借鉴和帮助,从而为指导心理健康教育的实施服务。

Abstract:In recent years, the mental health problem of college students has already become a common issue concerned by students, parents and even the society. According to their own practical experiences and the actual of college physical education, the author analyzed and studied the mental health status of modern college students and the factors that affect their mental health. The physical exersical can exercise psychological qualities and improve the mental health of college students are mainly described, which is expected to provide some help and references for future college physical education and training, so as to sevice for the implementation of mental health education.
