| 摘 要： | 大学生村官的培养机制,是国家实施的大学生村官安排过程中的重要环节。也是高校进行村级行政管理专业的教育和教学改革与完善的重要机遇。本文主要从大学生村官专业人才培养目标的确定;创建科学村级行政管理专业和村官培养方案;做好大学生村官的就业指导工作三个方面就大学生村官的供给进行了论述。
