| 摘 要： | 高校基建项目的特点对于工期控制提出了非常高的要求。因此,对高校建设工程施工进度管理进行研究有着非常重要的意义。本课题从高校基建工作的特点出发,通过对高校建设工程施工进度管理包括目标确立、任务分解、施工计划、过程追踪及分析调整等方面的调查研究,总结了高校建设工程施工进度管理的特点及对策。
