| 摘 要： | 目前,全国性的"病险水库除险加固工程"前期工作正在紧张进行,而水库大坝坝体渗流的安全与否直接关系到整个大坝的安危.本文通过对荥阳市河王水库近20多年来的坝体、坝基测压管观测数据进行分析,得出大坝渗流安全不容乐观的结论,为其它病险水库的原始观测数据分析起到一个抛砖引玉的作用.
