试论我国工程造价管理存在的问题与改革方案

随着市场经济发展,一个工程建设项目的实施不再是单单考虑工程质量问题了,在到达既定的工程质量不变的前提下追求尽可能经济是每个项目必须面对的问题。因此应该正确认识和解决工程造价管理方面存在的问题,建立科学的工程造价体系。本文列举了工程造价管理存在的问题并结合实际提出了相应的改革方案。

Trial Discussion on the Problems of Engineering Cost Management in China and Reform Schemes

With the development of market economy,the implementation of construction project is no longer a quality problem,to pursue as economically as possible under the premise of fixed established project is the issue every project must face.Therefore,we should correctly understand and solve engineering cost management problems and establish a scientific construction cost system.This article lists the problems in the management of project cost and proposes the corresponding reform shceme.
