| Abstract: | From the establishment and the operation process of management incentive mechanism in college,the paper discusses the career management problems of college teachers through dynamic and multidimensional methods,and establish corresponding incentive mechanism model in order to promote the development of the career management,and finally achieve double-gain situation with the college and the teachers. |
