银纳米颗粒表面电场增强的研究

摘    要:本文以时域有限差分理论(FDTD)为基础计算了银纳米颗粒周围电场的分布。在实际模拟中,以长50 nm,半径为10 nm的胶囊状银纳米颗粒为基础对照组,通过改变入射光波长、粒子尺寸、入射角度、多个粒子间距、夹角等不同条件,来观测粒子周围的电场分布情况,以寻求较大的表面电场增强情况。

Abstract:It is based on the FDTD method to calculate the silver nano-particle's distribution of electromagnetic field in this paper.In real simulation,we choose 50 nm long with the radius of 10 nm silver nano-particle in the shape of capsule as the basic matched group.By changing the conditions,such as wavelength,the size of the particles,incident angles,the distance and angles between several particles to find the larger surface electromagnetic enhancement.
