老年人参与公园休闲体育活动现状分析

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、访谈法等研究方法,调查了北京市老年人公园休闲体育活动现状及存在的问题。得出的结论认为,北京市的公园存在场地设施、专业体育指导员缺乏及管理混乱等问题。对此,应培养专业的老年人体育指导员;合理规划公园建设,创建休闲健身型公园;完善公园管理制度,加强管理力度。

Status of participating park leisure sports by the olds

By using literature material method,investigation method,interviewing method,data statistics method etc.,this essay investigates the current situation and problems of leisure sports of the olds in the parks of Beijing.The results show that there are some problems in the parks of Beijing,such as the lack of facilities,playground,instructors and efficient management.Accordingly,this essay points out that professional instructors for the leisure sports of the olds should be educated,parks construction should be reasonably planned and parks management should be improved.
