| 摘 要： | 《深化新时代职业教育"双师型"教师队伍建设改革实施方案》强调了深化突出"双师型"导向的教师考核评价改革,要求建立职业院校、行业企业、培训评价组织多元参与的"双师型"教师评价考核体系。本文以构建工商企业管理专业双师型导向的教师考评模式为例,探索高职院校双师型导向的教师考核评价模式。
