| 摘 要： | 机场作为民用航空运输和城市的重要基础设施、国家及区域综合交通运输体系的重要组成部分,具有广泛的社会和经济效益。安检岗位是直接与旅客零距离交流接触的部门之一,其检查质量的好坏将直接影响航空运输安全,其服务质量的好坏将直接影响旅客对该机场的满意度。本文在此背景下,针对我国民用机场安检岗位能力现状进行分析,明确现有机场安检人员在工作岗位中应具备的岗位所需能力,针对岗位能力进行分析,并提出了相应的对策措施,进而促使我国民用机场服务质量得到进一步提升。
