科学运用经济杠杆努力提高运输效率

铁路企业为提高运输效率,普遍进行了岗位工作考核。但在目前的考核工作中,还存在着考核指标设置不合理;考核基数调整不及时;考核单位提供资料不真实、考核兑现不及时等问题,没有真正达到考核的预想目标。为此,提出科学运用经济杠杆,提高运输生产效率,真正发挥考核激励约束作用的几点措施。

Make Scientific Use of Economical Lever, Try Hard to Improve Transportation Efficiency

To improve the transportation efficiency, railway enterprises usuallycarry out work evaluation to each post. However, there still exist some problemsin the current evaluation system, such as unsuitable setup of evaluation index,not up-to-time adjustment to the cardinal number of evaluation, wronginformation provided by the units evaluated, not in-time implementation ofevaluation, etc. so the expected goal of evaluation can not be virtually reached.The paper thus puts forward several solutions to make scientific use ofeconomical lever to improve efficiency of transportation and production so thatthe evaluation can bring full play of its roles: encouragement and restriction.
