| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了WTO相关条款对我国渔业补贴的适用性,并对其制度改革进行利弊分析,提出了WTO框架下我国渔业补贴的制度选择,对促进我国建立有效、合理的渔业补贴政策以及参与新一轮的国际渔业补贴规则谈判提供理论和实践的政策建议参考具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | We analyze the efficiency of WTO discipline and the limitation of current discipline on fishery subsidies,by which we draw the conclusion that new discipline is necessary to regulate the fishery subsidies.Then we take the issue into the context of China,point out the advantages and disadvantages the new discipline may bring to China,specify issues we should persist in during the negotiation of new discipline,and find common interest in other countries' positions. |
