| 摘 要： | 供应链中企业的互相合作有着巨大的经济作用,是现代企业追逐的焦点。但在现实管理中,供应链企业合作管理常常是低效的。其主要原因是信息不对称。企业由于担心失去优势或者引入竞争而不愿意将信息与他人共享。容量分配是供应链合作的一种形式,在这种合作模式中通过制定一种安全契约,在不泄漏机密的基础上,可使企业之间加强合作,实现供应链系统目标,以提高整个供应链的运作效率

| Abstract: | Corporate cooperation in supply chain has huge economic importance and it is the objective that modern enterprises are pursuing.But this cooperation is always managed inefficiently in practice.One of the major reasons is information asymmetry caused by companies' reluctance to share information with others so as to lose the advantages in competition. As a form of corporate cooperation, security protocols proposed enable supply chain partners to strengthen cooperation and improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain. |
