Among the capital structure of Jilin Provincial state-owned enterprises,the too high asset-liability ratio(bur-den) and too large state-owned shares are still.The current capital structure is related to various factors.Jilin Provincial state-owned enterprises are weak in the areas of benefit quality and revenue growth rate,which results in the irrationa-lity of capital structure.Therefore,we should start with system innovation such as property system and institution of company and take some measures with regard to enlarging share financing,to improving income quality and revenue growth rate for optimizing the capital structure of the enterprises.
