高职专业创新团队建设研究——以劳动与社会保障专业创新团队为例

摘    要:高职专业创新团队建设是北京市教委教师素质提高工程的重要组成部分。国外并无在职业院校中进行专业创新团队建设项目的经验,国内院校创新团队建设也多以学术研究型为主。高职专业创新团队建设体现出实践性的人员需求,课程建设以团队式工作的需求及创新点选择为特点。劳动与社会保障专业创新团队在团队机制、内部交流培训、成员角色定位和职业生涯设计、体现高职特色创新点选择上积累了一定的经验。
