Abstract:From design, tendering, construction, completion settlement of real estate development process, it was systemically discussed on the basic characteristic and methods of cost control and management; and the cost control of entire process and om-ni - directional was put in practice. Accordingly, all of these will realize the benefit maximization and the sustainable development for the real estate development enterprise.
