| Abstract: | This paper discussed the major issues concerning the reform and development of the stateowned economy in near future and pointed out that from now on, we should hold in the three key points to promote the reform of the stateowned economy: 1, Strategic adjustment of the stateowned economy in allocation and structure; 2, Establishment of the enterprise system. 3, Improvement of the administration system of the stateowned assets. |
