基于超效率DEA-Malmquist的吉祥航空经营绩效评价研究

运用超效率DEA模型,对包括吉祥航空在内的中国8家上市航空公司2016—2019年经营绩效进行全要素评价,并运用Malmquist生产力指数对8家公司4年的生产效率变动情况进行分析,对吉祥航空经营绩效的变化情况进行研究.结果表明,吉祥航空的经营效率位于行业较高水平,近两年相对效率值均达有效;但生产率指数波动明显,近些年技术进步水平有明显下滑.在未来发展中,吉祥航空应加大技术研发投入,推动产品创新,同时继续扩大市场规模.

Research on the Performance Evaluation of Juneyao Airline Based on Super Efficiency DEA and Malmquist

Using super efficiency DEA model to evaluate the business performance of eight listed airlines in China, including Juneyao Airline, from 2016 to 2019, and analyzes the changes of production efficiency of eight listed airlines in four years by malmquist productivity index. The research results show that the operation efficiency of Juneyao Airline is at a higher level in the industry, and the relative efficiency values in recent two years are all effective. However, the productivity index fluctuates obviously, and the level of technological progress has declined significantly in recent years. In the future , Juneyao Airline should increase investment in technology research and development, promote product innovation, and continue to expand the market scale.
