西安工业利用外商直接投资的效应及对策

近年来,西安工业利用外商直接投资取得了明显的经济效应.外商投资增加了西安工业的资本积累,促进了西安工业的增长,拓宽了利税来源和就业渠道,对西安经济的发展起到了积极的推动作用.但目前仍存在着利用外商投资总量规模小、投资结构单一、投资比重有所下降、投资环境相对较差等问题.为此,今后应当积极探索利用外商投资的新方式,通过改革克服影响外商投资的体制障碍,制定合理的产业引导政策,加强投资环境建设,以进一步提高西安工业利用外商直接投资的力度和绩效.

The Effect and Countermeasures of the Utilizing FDI in Xi''''an Industry

Recent several years,Xi'an industry achieved an obvious economy effect by using Foreign Direct Investment.The investment of foreign business increased the capital accumulation of Xi'an industry,accelerated the improvement of Xi'an industry.In addition,extended the interests and tax source and employment channel,promoted the development of Xi'an economy.However,lots of problems are still existed,such as small scale of total foreign capital,singleness of investment structure,decline of investment proportion,imperfect investment environment.For this reason,it is necessary to explore actively the new way of using Foreign Direct Investment,overcoming the system barriers that effect Foreign Direct Investment through reform,make a reasonable industry policy,Besides,improve investment environment in order to enhance the power and performance of Xi'an industry by using Foreign Direct Investment.
