| 摘 要： | 首先,论述了工业工程师应具备的基本素质;分析了当前毕业论文中存在的一些问题。进而,提出了提高工业工程专业毕业论文质量的相关对策,在加强专业建设、增加经费投入完善实验条件、强化各环节指导、多种形式的指导等方面进行了详细论述。并对本校的工业工程专业学生的毕业论文进行实施,效果良好。

| Abstract: | At first, the basic qualities of industrial engineer are described in this paper. The problems in diploma thesis on the current situation are analyzed. And then, methods of improving diploma thesis quality of industrial engineering speciality are proposed. Strengthen specialty construction, ensure fund input and improve experimental conditions, intensifying guidance and multiform guidance are also discussed in detail. The practice of diploma thesis of the industrial engineering speciality students shows that the good effects are obtained. |
