| Abstract: | After making an investigation of small and medium-sized businesses in Beitang District of Wuxi City and an analysis of the finance and tax policies made towards the businesses,the author attempts to find out problems influencing the enterprises' development and their causes,and makes suggestions that reforms of finance and tax policies be carried out to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. |
