| 摘 要： | 国外学者当前已经从多个角度对铁路运输业进行了研究，并取得了大量可供参考的学术成果。通过对国外有关铁路运输业的研究成果进行梳理，发现对铁路运输业行政垄断问题的研究并不多见，该方面的系统研究更是接近于空白。因此，对我国铁路运输业的行政垄断进行深入研究具有重要的理论价值。
