企业动态能力的度量及评价指标体系

业动态能力较为抽象，具有“内隐”性和难以检验性。度量企业动态能力的关键在于探索一种新的路径与方法——首先必须对企业动态能力进行分解，使之具体化，然后运用相关指标进行度量。企业动态能力可分为五大子能力：环境感知能力、整合重置能力、学习吸收能力、组织柔性能力和变革创新能力。文章在分析企业动态能力具体化的基础上，设计相应的评价指标，运用计量指标和非计量指标对企业动态能力及其子能力进行度量。
