| 摘 要： | 企业家资本在企业中发挥着主导性的作用，其会对企业开展自主创新产生重要的影响。根据以往的研究。文章将企业家资本细分为企业家人力资本和企业家社会资本；同时，根据创新动机的差异，分析了企业开展自主创新的3种模式，以及在不同模式下企业家资本所发挥的作用。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneur capital plays a critical role in the firm.Based on the former researches,this paper subdivides entrepreneur capital into entrepreneur s human capital and entrepreneur s social capital,and identifies three models of endogenous innovation.Then,this paper explores the effect of entrepreneur capital on endogenous innovation.The research found that entrepreneur capital has a critical effect on all the models of endogenous innovation. |
