河北省城市化进程中资源环境经济协调发展问题的思考

河北省作为城市化水平较落后的省份，面对全球性的资源紧缺、环境污染严重的压力，其城市化进程的加快必须按照可持续发展的思想，选择“成本内化”的城市化可持续发展模式，通过科技创新，建立低能耗多元化健康型消费方式，调整产业结构，发展循环经济，有效抑制城市化进程中的资源耗竭与生态环境的恶化，实现城市化进程中人口资源环境与经济的协调发展。

Carmonious Development of Population Resources Environment and Economy During the Urbanization of Hebei Province

As the follower of urbanization, Hebei Province confronts with the global shortage of resource and the pressure of heavy pollution of environment, so we have to comply the process of urbanization with the thoughts of Sustainable Development, and choose the developing model of cost internalizing. Moreover, we have to coordinate the resources environment of population with economic develop in the process of urbanization by technology creation, developing diversified and healthy consuming style of less consume resources, adjusting Industry structure, developing circulating economic, restraining resources from impoverished and deterioration of ecological environment .
