| 摘 要： | 劳动力市场是要素市场的重要组成部分，其发展程度直接影响着经济的发展和社会的稳定。由于信息不对称，导致劳动力市场运行效率低下，社会运行成本加大，为此，需要从政府、劳动力市场、企业、求职者四个方面优化劳动力市场就业信息传播机制。
