Abstract: | Wetlands in China suffer great loss from desertification, dam construction, and resource overuse, and are still under great threats by the rapid tourism development and large population. This study examines the tourism impacts in China’s wetlands from the perspective of the total relationship flow. Applying the total relationship flow management theorems, the study reveals a series of inherent relationships between tourism impacts in wetlands and its total relationship ?ows. Further, a management framework for tourism impacts in China’s wetlands is developed. The paper concludes by proposing an organization sample following the management framework in Xixi wetland. |
