| 摘 要： | 台资企业作为内地经济建设中的特殊经济成份和企业类别，因两岸长期分隔所带来的理念、思维、行为的反差及政治、经济、社会和文化的差异，其在大陆所表现出来的企业管理文化具有系统化、等级化、“烫炉”效应、弱人性化等特性。研究和分析这些特征，能给内地企业以有益启示。
