基于博弈分析的保险公司基层组织声誉管理

摘    要:保险公司基层组织的声誉管理是建立和维护保险公司良好声誉的重要途径,而声誉管理的关键是如何提高保险代理人的诚信度。保险活动是一种重复博弈而非一次性博弈行为,为了实现长远利益最大化,理性代理人会自觉通过诚实行为开展业务。但代理人的理性是有限的,为了减少代理人的不诚实行为,必须对其加强监管,建立和维护保险公司的良好声誉。通过博弈分析可知,加重对监管人员失职行为的处罚可以有效地降低保险代理人的不诚实行为。

Abstract:The reputation management among primary organizations of an insurance company is an important way to establish and maintain a good reputation for the company.It mainly means how to improve the honesty of insurance agents.Since insurance is not a one-time-game,but a repeated-game activity,rational insurance agents would work honestly for the most long-term benefits.But insurance agents' rationality is limited,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision on them in order to reducing their dishonesty and earning a good reputation for the company.It can be seen from the Game Analysis that putting more punishments on supervisor's dereliction of duty may reduce the dishonesty of insurance agents effectively.
