颅内压监测在重症颅脑损伤患者治疗中的应用

目的颅内压监测应用于重症颅脑损伤的临床意义。方法 2011年10月至2012年10月期间,我院诊治的60例重症颅脑损伤患者,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组（常规治疗）和观察组（颅内压监测治疗）,每组各30例,平均随访6个月,对两组临床疗效、甘露醇应用时间和剂量进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组临床疗效明显好转,甘露醇应用时间和剂量均明显减少,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论根据颅内压监测结果,及时调整重症颅脑损伤治疗,明显改善患者的预后质量。

Intracranial Pressure Monitoring in the Application of the Treatment of Severe Craniocerebral Injury Patients

Objective Intracranial pressure monitoring was applied to the clinical significance of the severe craniocerebral injury.Methods In October 2011 to October 2012,our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury,according to the random number method,it can be divided into control group（routine treatment） and observation group（treatment of intracranial pressure monitoring）,30 cases in each group,followed up for 6 months on average,on two groups of clinical curative effect,mannitol,application time and dose,were observed and compared.Results Compared with control group,the clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously improved,mannitol application time and dose were significantly decreased,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion According to the results of intracranial pressure monitoring,timely adjustment of severe craniocerebral injury treatment,significantly improve the prognosis of patients with quality.
