| 摘 要： | 食品安全事关生命和健康,政府应该高度重视.食品安全问题的根源在于信息不对称.企业常常隐藏不利的信息,导致逆向选择.加强政府监管,诱导或强制企业"说真话",是解决食品安全问题的关键.

| Abstract: | Food safety is related to life and health,so the government should attach much importance to it.The root of food safety problem is asymmetric information.The enterprises often conceal disadvantageous information that leads to adverse selection Accordingly,the most effective measure to solve the problem is strengthening the government regulation to oblige or induce the enterprises to"tell the truth ". |
