国际货币体系新问题探析——兼论中国的应对之道

现行的国际货币体系主要还是布雷顿森林会议所遗留的产物,该体系是美国在战后所主导建立的,如今已不再适合目前的形势。虚拟经济的快速增长,新兴国家的实力不断增强,还有国际投机者的到处炒作,国际货币体系面临的这三个新问题使其缺陷越来越明显,而改革则是一个漫长又艰难的过程,本文在此基础上提出了中国的应对之道。

The current international monetary system that is mainly the product of the legacy of the Bretton Woods Conference is dominated by the United States after the war created,and now no longer suitable for the current situation.With the rapid growth of the virtual economy,growing strength in emerging countries,as well as international speculators hype everywhere,the international monetary system faced new problems to the three defects becomes increasingly clear that the reform is a long and difficult process.The paper presented response to it on this basis in terms of China.
