采用国际标准评价方法研究

传统采标率已不能科学地反映我国采标工作的水平和国家标准的水平。文章在调查研究的基础上，提出了相关联采标率的概念和新的评价我国采标水平的方法，并就国家标准达到国际水平的情况进行了分析。

Study on Evaluation Method of Adopting International Standards

It is not proper to use traditional adoption ratio to explain the development level of adopting international standards. On the basis of questionary research, methodology on evaluation of adopting international standards as China national standards was studied in the present paper. The concept of relevant ratio was introduced and calculation method was presented. The level of China national standards was also analyzed.
