| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality management of petroleum enterprises in our country, strengthen the effective operation of enterprise quality management system, and promote the development of enterprises, the paper has discussed how to enhance the effective operation of quality management system from three aspects, which include the education of chief executive, zero deficiency management and 6S activities. |
