| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法对对创新管理与高校创新经营的关系进行分析探讨,提出推动创新管理,提升高校创新经营成效的策略：推动学校组织再造,形成智慧型组织;改善学校微观政治学,有利于创新管理的推动;学校领导者需以身作则创意思考,且全力支持推动学校创新管理;打造人际互动引擎,加速学校创新成长;建构学校创新文化,以维系及提升学校创新管理的成效.

| Abstract: | Use of literature on innovation management and innovation management are analyzed to explore the relationship between the university, the management＇s proposal to promote innovation and enhance the effectiveness of innovative business strategies universities： promoting school reorganization to form an intelligent organization; improve school micro-politics, conducive to innovation management driven; school leaders need to set an example of creative thinking, and commitment to promote school innovation management; build interpersonal engine to accelerate the growth of innovative schools; construct school culture of innovation in order to maintain and enhance the effectiveness of school innovation management. |
