卓越经济贸易本科人才培养研究

卓越经济贸易本科人才培养是在传统经济贸易本科人才培养的基础上提出来的。文章提出了卓越经济贸易本科人才培养的内涵，分析了传统经济贸易本科人才培养过程中存在的问题，提出了这些问题是由缺乏卓越经济贸易本科人才培养的顶层设计、近年来高校规模扩张过快忽视了质量提升、制度设计不合理等原因造成的。在此基础上，本文有针对性地从培养理念、培养标准、培养手段、培养方案、培养队伍、课程体系和质量管理等多方面阐述了卓越经济贸易本科人才培养的途径。

On the Training of the Excellent Undergraduates Major Economic and Trade

The concept of training the excellent undergraduates who major in economic and, trade id based on the traditional economic and trade undergraduate training program. This paper discusses the connotation of the excellent economic and trade undergraduate training,and analyzes the problems existing in the traditional program. The result shows that these problems are mainly caused by improper top-level design in the train- ing program of economic and trade,by the over-expansion of colleges and universities without considering improving the training quality,and by unreasonable institutional design. In this regard, this paper puts forward feasible approaches of training excellent undergraduates major in economic and trade from the perspective of concept, standards, methods, planning, personnel, curriculum system and quality management.
