基于CAM软件分析叶片零件加工技术

摘    要:随着数控加工日益普及,CAD/CAM软件也在不断地更新,而多轴加工数控编程一直是航空发动机叶片加工的关键技术。应用cam分析叶片的四轴联动加工中的实际应用,对其它曲面加工也有借鉴意义。数控加工是一种可编程的柔性加工方法。叶片零件公差带小,其型面多为复杂的空间曲面,需要制造专用的工装夹具,成批量生产要求精确复制,一直是数控加工的应用对象。

Abstract:With the growing popularity of digital control processing, CAD/CAM software is continually updated, and multi-axis CNC programming has been a critical aero-engine blade processing technology. Application of cam analysis of leaves of four-axis simultaneous machining in the practical application of other surface machining is also instructive. Digital control processing is a programmable flexible processing method. Blade part with small tolerance zone and complex spatial surfaces has been the subject of digital control processing.
