| Abstract: | The paper first analyzes the problems in the process of the project bidding evaluation, then by introducing the manufacture of the intelligent bidding evaluation and the using in improving bidding evaluation, it analyzes the adyantages of the intelligent bidding evaluation, and especially discusses the ways of broadening the intelligent bidding evaluation, then provides the theoretical base for the intelligent bidding evaluation. |
