本文笔者基于通过对供应链内涵扩展和延伸的分析,分析了成员企业获取供应链合作利益的要素和权重条件,研究了供应链成员企业利益的合理、公正的分配途径;深入探讨了供应链收益的二次分配方法。文章对提高供应链成员企业间竞争力具有一定的指导作用。
