摘    要:浙江省有丰富的野菜物种资源,乡村居民食用野菜的历史悠久,形成本土乡村饮食文化特点。在乡村旅游中开发利用野菜资源,丰富乡村旅游的内涵,成为乡村旅游品牌,促进乡村旅游可持续发展。文章分析了在乡村旅游中野菜资源的开发利用存在的问题,提出了多项改进措施。

Abstract:There are a lot of natural resources of species of wild potherb in Zhejing Province. There is a long history of edible wild potherb in rural inhabitants in Zhejing Province too. It forms native civilization of drink and food in rural area. To develop and utilize natural resources of wild potherb, to enrich contents of rural tourism and to become famous brands of rural tourism should promote sustainable development of rural tourism in Zhejing province. The present problem about the exploitation and utilization of natural resources of wild potherb of rural tourism is analyzed. A lot of measures of improvement about utilization of natural resources of wild potherb are suggested.
