2008年工业和建筑领域节电分析

摘    要:在国家一系列政策法规的推动下,2008年,各行各业积极开展节能节电工作。以工业和建筑为例,测算其节电效果。理论分析表明,全年工业领域可实现节电量约668亿kW·h,建筑领域可实现节电量约182亿kw·h;二者合计可实现节电量约850亿kW·h,相当于全社会用电量的2.5%;二者合计减少CO2排放约8950万t,减少SO2排放68.5万t,减少NQ排放59.5万t。

Abstract:Under the impetus of a series of policies and regulations promulgated by the government, all walks of life actively made great efforts in energy saving in 2008. This paper makes an estimation of the power-saving effects based on an in-depth analysis of the industry and construction sectors in terms of electric power consumption. The result shows that in the year 2008, the power saving in the industry sector reached 66.8 billion kWh, while in the construction sector, it was 18.2 billion kWh. The total combined saving in these two sectors amounted to 85 billion kWh, equivalent to 2.5% of the whole society's electricity consumption, reducing CO2 emissions by about 89.5 million tons, SO2 emissions by 685 000 tons, and NOx emissions by 595 000 tons respectively.
