政府就业政策绩效评价体系研究

摘    要:评价政府就业政策绩效需要建立一套科学、合理、适用的综合评价指标体系。文章在把握政府就业政策实践的基础上,运用定量分析方法,构建了总量指标、就业保障指标、就业促进指标和就业协调指标四个层面的指标体系,并提出了确定指标权重、标准值以及进行综合评价的基本方法。

Abstract:To evaluate the government employment policy performance,we need to build a set of scientific,reasonable and applicable comprehensive evaluation index sign system.Base on the practice of the government employment policy,this article uses quantitative analysis method to set up a four level index system,that is,the total amount index sign,the employment security index sign,the employment promotion index sign and the employment coordinate index sign,and then comes up with some basic methods to determine the index sign share,the standard value and to make a comprehensive evaluation.
