基于信息感知模式的人力资源效能管理模式研究

摘    要:在信息感知模式下对人力资源效能管理进行研究,是为了通过信息感知的形式,将管理者的管理理念灌输给员工,增强员工参与管理的意识,充分发挥企业员工的主观能动性。通过对“信息感知-分解编码-信息对比-重新编码—信息重组”的过程进行研究分析,构建了基于信息感知模式的人力资源效能管理模型。在人力资源效能管理模型中,影响信息感知效果的3个要素是信息感知量指数、信息感知度指数和信息感知时间。在对这3个要素起决定性作用的因素进行分析研究的基础上,推导出信息感知效果指数的数据模型,以此论证基于信息感知模式实现人力资源效能管理的有效性。

Efficiency Management Mode of Human Resources Based on Information Perception Mode

Abstract:To study efficiency management of human resources based on information perception is to convey management idea to the staff, enhance their awareness of participation and management and arouse their initiative. Through analyzing the process, "information perception to processing and encoding to information comparison to re-encoding to information re-en- gineering", the paper establishes an efficiency management mode of human resources based on information perception and considers that the three elements that influence the results of information perception are the index of information perception volume, the degree of information perception and the time of information perception. From a study of the decisive factor within the three ones, the paper deduces a data model of the index of information perception results and verifies the validity of information perception mode for efficiency management of human resources.
